Preparation of Cinnamon Phenylacetate
Raw Material Preparation
Select high-quality cinnamon, take its skin, carefully grind it into a fine powder, sieve it, and retain the delicate powder. In addition, pure phenylethanol is prepared, with clear color and pure quality as the foundation of the reaction.
Reaction Method
In a clean kettle, first pour an appropriate amount of cinnamon powder and slowly inject phenylethanol. The ratio of the two is accurately measured to meet the needs of the reaction. The product is purified

In the still, adjust the temperature moderately, so that the cinnamon phenylacetate is slowly steamed out, cooled and condensed, and finally obtain a pure product.
