Preparation of Cinnamon Phenylacetate
Raw Material Preparation
Select high-quality cinnamon, take its skin, carefully grind it into a fine powder, sieve it, and retain the delicate powder. In addition, pure phenylethanol is prepared, with clear color and pure quality as the foundation of the reaction.

Reaction Method
In a clean kettle, first pour an appropriate amount of cinnamon powder and slowly inject phenylethanol. The ratio of the two is accurately measured to meet the needs of the reaction. Next, add a little special catalyst, which is cleverly made to promote the reaction speed and efficiency. Place the kettle on a warm fire, the fire is stable, and the temperature is controlled at a specific degree, so that the material in the kettle is slowly phased. The product is purified
After the reaction is completed, the contents of the kettle are slightly yellow. Pour it into a special vessel to separate impurities in a delicate way. First filter it through a filter cloth to remove its residue. Then use the technique of distillation to take its essence. In the still, adjust the temperature moderately, so that the cinnamon phenylacetate is slowly steamed out, cooled and condensed, and finally obtain a pure product. Looking at its color, it is white like the first snow, smell its fragrance, and it is rich and long.
